Slow and intermittent broadband

Hi,

I am having continual broadband issues. I am on fab fibre, so expect an average of 36Mbs. At best I get around 25, but it swings widely between that and about 6. Line test says everything is ok, and speed of 40. I have rebooted hub2 etc, but no different. The hub is plugged into master socket, and only has about a 2m cable connected. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact NOWtv via chat. Need this sorted, as I am not getting what I pay for!

Your best option would be to phone the NowTV Broadband Team.

 

You should find their telephone number in various places on your account such has Orders & Appointments or Broadband & Calls.
