Playstation intermittency issues when playing online

Hi.

I am having issues playing playstation 5 games online. The service is intermittent (although the line connection has tested as fine) meaning its impossible to play...any ideas?

Are you connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi? 

If it’s Wi-Fi have you split the signal?
