No internet

Hello,

I've not been able to connect to the internet all day. The green lights on the router is on as if everything is normal and I can connect to the network but there is no internet. I've restarted the router a couple of times but this didn't change anything. The problem is happening on multiple devices (2 laptops and 2 phones) so it doesn't appear to be a problem with my device.

I'm in the Shepherd's Bush area of London in case this is a local outage.

Is anyone able to help?

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
