I am with out Internet in The Epsom area for the past 6 hour and Now TV customer services can not give me the slightest idea when it is coming back. All they do is quote there contracted delivery times!
I am not sure you can expect anything more I'm afraid. If there is a known issue then Openreach will need time to fix it. If your service is not restored within two working days then you will be entitled to automatic compensation.
That’s cause they are relying on OpenReach for an update and as @redchiz1 you will be provided compensation.
For any form of updates it wont be on here. You just need to keep calling the broadband team.
