NOW blocked websites

Since moving across to NOW for my broadband there are a number of websites I’m unable to connect to.

these are mainly sport’s suppliers  - for instance Merlin Archery at Merlinarchery.co.uk

can anyone advise me if there is a NOW inbuild block mechanism stopping connection to what they consider ‘bad’ sites?

as a pint of interest of I switch off broadband and use mobile data I am connected immediately…

very strange… be grateful for any advice

Have you gone into your NOW online account and changed the Broadband Buddy Settings to something like age 18 ?

Thank you for this.. yep it works if I add the site to approved.

took a while to find this answer, didn’t know anything about Buddy before today
