You never speak with broadband support on here ever I am afraid.
Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.
You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

First of all why Customer Care number is not working 0330 041 2460 and 0330 332 3050 both are not working when I tried calling from my Lyca mobile its says please check the numbers. In fact chat Jiffy also waited long time. What is the correct number to reach the customer care. I am really struggling on this issue from last Saturday to reach your customer care. I am really dissatisfied on the service.
Again, the network is frequently disconnected, I am really not happy with your service the number mentioned not working, really very poor customer service no phone number and chat service, if no one connected with me, you are happy to disconnect the service with out any penalty. Also you are NOT meant to post personal details on here as it's a direct break of forum and GDPR rules.
To edit a post you need to use the 3 vertical dots at the side. However there is a time expiration when you no longer can edit a post. So if it's not giving you the option it'll be time expired on editing the post.
While Now are unlikely to stop you WFH over their broadband, it isn’t sold, rated, or priced for business use, so you wanting priority for this purpose isn’t going to cut much ice with them 😢
