Welcome to the forum. Guessing you've already tried rebooting your broadband hub to see if that helps? If so, I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call from your home phone (free for NOW TV broadband customers) so they can check things at their end and talk you through some steps.
You can find the telephone number for the Combo Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
and click the Moving Home ‘Find out how’ button at the bottom, it will show you the number to call (even tho you’re not really moving home!)
