It's via Royal Mail, you should receive a way of tracking the delivery. Which I would assume is a way of telling them that you won't be in.
Otherwise it will be taken back to the nearst sorting office.
Your Hub will arrive a few days before your line is activated. It'll be delivered by Royal Mail, and we'll give you a link to track the delivery.
You'll need to wait until your line is activated before setting up your Hub.
