I have added a 2nd fire stick attached to another tv. When both fire sticks are being used, I get a connection error approx` every 30 seconds. Is there a fix for this?

Do you have boost with your account?
Without boost you are limited to 1 stream, whereas boost gives you 3 streams.

Thank you. Can't find how you apply for Boost on the NOW website, but will give them a call.
Thanks again for your quick reply.

There is no such thing as "give them a call" with NOW as there is no phone support for TV memberships.
Where did you take out your original membership? As you will need to go back to that method to take out additional memberships/

I managed to get through to a human using live chat!! I only have Broadband. Joined NOW to reduce costs only to be told that to get Boost I need to get a TV membership. The cheapest option being HAYU @ £4.99pm plus Boost @ £5.00pm will add 30% to my current bill. I don't understand why you need to buy a membership to get Boost, which is just a settings change in the router. If you only want faster Broadband, there are much better deals available. I was advised to contact the NOW Broadband team to see if I can get a better deal. I'm not hopeful.

Apologies I had misread your original post was very as to me it seemed that your talking about the NOW app across multiple devices trying to watch on more than 1 device.
Were you referring to your Wi-fi connection with the devices?
Have you tried splitting the Wi-fi bands? This should improve speed and reliability, however not range.

Yes, I have 2 Fire Sticks, 1 in the lounge and the other in a bedroom. It's a small flat so range shouldn't be an issue. I didn't know that you can spilt the Wi-Fi bands on each Fire Stick. Will look into how this is done.
Thank you...

Are you actually asking about the Now TV service, or just streaming from other services on the Firestick? Boost will only be for the Now TV service, which it appears you don't have.

Think the poster is talking about the devices connected to the NOW broadband. The way they spoke is like they don’t have any form of TV memberships.

That's what I thought too, so why are are there suggestions about boost in this thread?
