no broadband in NG19. Appalled at how often now tv internet goes on and off. And it’s always a problem at their end or the outside line. Why am I paying for something that turns itself off often. I understand it being slow at peak times but it just completely turns off. I’m forever having to use my phone data as a WiFi. Would never recommend and will never come back to now tv once my contract is up.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
