Your Hub Two will arrive a few days before your phone line is activated. It'll be delivered by Royal Mail, and we'll give you a link to track the delivery.

You'll need to wait until your phone line is activated before setting up your Hub Two.
My broadband is live, the router hasn't arrived. I need the connection information to change my existing router to connect whilst I wait up to five days. So if some nice person can give me the Vlan id , login and password. Thanks.
