My internet has suddenly stopped working. All the three lights are green but no device can access any websites. I’ve turned the router off and on again twice and also tried resetting the router but still no router. Who am I supposed to contact out of hours??
Sounds like we are both having the same problem. It’s very poor service! I tried to look into the online service checker but it hasn’t logged I have a device… even though I went live 12 days ago!!
It’s just poor there is nothing to report to NowTV that their service is down. Also no out of hours support. Not sure what to do now other than raise a complaint
Same here. The middle light on my hub is orange, zero help on their "live chat" or anywhere else! Slightly stressed as I work from home and if this issue isn't rectified soon means I'm losing a days pay! Absolute joke!
Just seen that sky is having a Uk wide outage, and Now is part of Sky - so clearly just an issue. Now has also had a peak on the ‘down detector’ tonight. Frustrating though in this day and age!!
