My internet has suddenly stopped working. All the three lights are green but no device can access any websites. I’ve turned the router off and on again twice and also tried resetting the router but still no router. Who am I supposed to contact out of hours??
Same here. The middle light on my hub is orange, zero help on their "live chat" or anywhere else! Slightly stressed as I work from home and if this issue isn't rectified soon means I'm losing a days pay! Absolute joke!
