Broadband continually dropping several times a day. Lost connection 7 times in an hour!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! I have lost connection at least 7 times in the last hour and kept waiting on a line that sounds like someone rubbing sandpaper in my eardrum! The phone line is also faulty.


This has been going on 6 weeks now. I must have called 4 -5 times. Fed up with all the 

spiel I've been given by support agents about engineers not needing to come to my house but will fix the problem in the street. What a load of old flannel!


Reading what has been said on other forums the problem is the new hub 2. The equipment is failing. I was sent a new hub last week which made no difference at all.
