Started with really bad connection tonight on both lines we have coming in to the property, we use FTTC and usually get 65meg on each, tonight we're lucky if we are getting 5 meg on each, I've done the linecheck thing and that says there's not problem, their obviously is a problem, please dont make the usual "reboot the router" comment and "have you turned it of and on" I'm an IT technicians, this is happening on TWO independent lines, my guess is there's an issue at the isp although the test says it's clear....it's NOT! anyone else having the same issue tonight round the northwest?
As far as I know the only reported issue is in London area.

What does the line status check indicate?

Thanks Gavs,
The line status checker was saying everything was all fine on both lines yet both had ping times of plus 80ms to google and each was downloading at less than 5meg measured at the router, seems to have stabilised now though and getting 60 meg on each line
Can’t be much more help bud as I’m just a TV customer with NOW. All I do know is support will ask you to do a reset and maybe a factory reset to the router just to eliminate it from troubleshooting.
Give the broadband team a call in the morning as lines only operate 8am to 8pm. See link for the number.

Are both lines on Now? If so, why? If i had two lines coming in, I'd have them on different ISPs for redundancy.
If it has now cleared up, don't worry about it.
