have just joined and paid £399 for 10 months now TV, despite having requested a new password when I attempt to log on the screen will not progress beyond " saying not recognise user name or password " ! HELP
I hope you meant £199, which is what others are paying.
If you are using the same account and password by which you successfully connected here, then if the LG doesn’t recognise these credentials, after you have double-checked you are typing them correctly, then this is another nail in the coffin of the LG app.
Best to source a NowTV Stick or Box, or a Roku one that supports NowTV, and use that.
It is likely to be more reliable, more responsive, more frequently updated, and not left behind when your LG TV is no longer a current model.
