White Screen Problem

Can anyone help me? I’m trying to pay for the Cinema Subscription but as soon as I press button to pay I get a blank white screen. This happens on my LG smart tv and my iPad. Anyone know how to fix this problem or a workaround?

Assuming you have this problem on the Safari browser on your iPad, try it on the Chrome browser instead. (Get it from the App Store if it isn’t loaded on your iPad).

You might have better luck with this browser,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thanks Rob I will try that but the same thing is happening when I try to pay via TV! Any suggestions?

Hi @AndersOh 

Bit of a long shot, but if you have a smartphone with mobile data on it, can you then purchase the TV Membership when going on the NOW website ?

Just in case there is some sort of issue going on between your devices and home network Router.
