Streaming-issue

My app is connect to my account but when I try to watch a sports channel you can only hear the sound. 

I have rest the tv, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. 

so I am at a loss of what to do next as it seems to work on everything else apart from my TV and all the other apps on my TV work

Is it a Fire TV by chance?

 

I've got the same and have notified Now TV via Twitter and Live Chat. They say they are aware and working on a fix so it's not an issue our end but with the app.
