Now to app currently down!

Is anyone else having problems this evening with the now tv app not functioning on their Apple TV?

tried several times tonight and all i get is the site is currently unavailable.

I'm paying for a service I can't use.

Their app is pretty poor. 

Ill be looking for a refund of some kind this week.

In fact I think it's time to ditch now tv and look for alternatives.

there are plenty of options. The best place to hit a company is in the wallet.

Frustrating, paying for a service that isn't available.

i wonder how now tv would feel if payments from customers  we're as  intermittent as the service they are providing.

Ok so now the app seems to be running ok now , but I uninstalled and reinstalled it just in case .Now it's telling me I have to many devices ! I checked mananged accounts the ATV I'm using is active , but now can't add it again till tomorrow! I just want to watch the service I've paid for . Looks like sky can be just as frustrating virtually as they can in real life.

What is frustrating is that there appears to be no customer support. I can’t even get to see the solution for some reason. Amazon have chat! Now TV has nothing, although it costs 20 quid a month.

NowTV does have a live chat and message service, which can be found by opening the link page below and click on the drop down arrow below Anything else to reveal the nowtv contact options.
