We have a Samsung Curve series 6, we have a now TV account and now TV works well on our TV upstairs and on my tablet but is has stopped working on on the Samsung when I select something to watch I just get a black screen with 3 coloured ball moving on the screen.
We access now TV through an icon on the bottom of the screen. I am confused as it was working really well, could you please advise me what I need to do.
