I used to be able to see all the channels, sky, alibi, mtv, comedy and now they are all gone. I really don't like the new layout at all.
Can anyone help with regard the channels available, I used to find it really useful looking for programmes or films.
Thank you in advance and fingers crossed.🤞

Hi @Tisme
Live TV or on Demand channels?
For live TV go to the top line of the NOW App home screen where you see the gear wheel icon and click on TV Guide.
For Entertainment on Demand channels, again go to the top row where you see the gear wheel icon and click on "TV Shows", then the screen page should refresh to the dedicated Entertainment section, then scroll down the screen until you see "Channels" then move right and select the on Demand Entertainment channel you want to look at for that particular on Demand channel content.

There used to be National Geographic and FOX, which were pulled due to Disney wanting their content only on Disney+. Paramount also putting most Showtime content on Paramount+ and shows expiring won’t return because of the same reason Paramount wanting Paramount+ to be the home for Showtime.
Plus Alibi was recently added which makes up a fair whack of the FOX content that left.
The problem is Sky not taking advantage of being part with Comcast and “nicking” NBC shows. Like Chicago One, Law & Order franchises with entire box sets instead of random seasons.
