Hi @Pinknikki
Unless it's a newer Panasonic lower end Smart TV running Android or Fire TV, then most Panasonic Smart TV's run Fire Fox My home screen which doesn't currently support the native NOW App.
Look at something like a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick connected to HDMI on your TV.
Here's a link on what devices support NOW.

Hi @Pinknikki
For some reason the link I posted doesn't seem to redirect to the correct NOW help article and sends me to the main Help centre screen.
See if this second attempt of me posting the link works.
If not go to the NOW Help centre and type "ways to watch NOW" in the Help centre search box.

Edit - link doesn't work for some reason, where it was working the other day when I posted the same link article to another forum member on another thread.

On the page this links to, the main Help screen, tap/click the second item under Discover for ‘ways to watch Now’.
I had the issue earlier today where a link went to the main Help page instead of its expected destination, which I think Now does rather than 404ing, so I suspect routing problems with the links that Now supplied, such that you can pick up a link from the top of a page you reach, but Now can’t use that link to get back to that page. Odd…..
