Firestick says more than one device is viewing

I am trying to watch NowTV sports on my TV, never had a problem before but now its say Oops you are streaming simultaneously on maximum number of devices...etc..

But I only watch it on my laptop and TV and neither are running

Also when I check my account it says last time a device was running NowTV was yesterday ?

is there a way of checking which device it thinks it is

Try logging out of the fire sitck NOW app and see what happens. 

When did you last use either of the other devices?
