Can't get now tv on more than one tv,tabletor laptop? Why?

Hi I can't get Now tv to play on more than one tv at a time. I thought you were able to play it on upto  5 screens. Can anybody tell me why this is happening. It was corrected few weeks ago but is happening again.......w

Before July 2021 you could watch two simultaneous streams at the same time (this has now changed to one stream without the additional Boost Membership).

 

Should you be a BT TV customer then you can still watch two devices at the same time (without Boost) by following a certain sequence of watching on your devices.
