Hi there.
When I search for content using the Roku search, it doesnt return anything from Now TV. Even content I know is on there it doesnt find. I've read that Roku has recently added Now TV to its search function so I'm not sure why nothing is presenting. Is this a problem for everyone or is it only my device?
All the best.
@Anonymous User Hello 🙂
Is your roku fully updated?
@Anonymous User only thing I can think is the Roku is for some reason looking at the US store rather than Uk store. Make sure you are set to UK. Obviously if you are accessing from USA Now won't work.
@Anonymous User Hello 🙂
Are you using any VPN's?
@caseyb1993 Mine also doesn't bring up NOW TV results in search on the homescreen (and no I'm not on a VPN!) Have you checked yours recently to see if yours does? It's supposed to.
@Andy @Anonymous User that is weird as it HAS shown up on both of my sticks. Have you checked the "featured" section in the channel store?
Yeah just to clarify its searching across Roku apps using the search option on the homescreen we are having problems with. NOW TV Results eg Westworld aren't appearing. According to the blog here NOW TV results should be included now 😞

Ah. I think I got the wrong end of the stick lol.
Apologies. 😉
@caseyb1993 It would be interesting if you can try it on yours next time you use it just to see if you have the same issue.
However I suspect @Anonymous User @Anonymous User that the issue is probably more at Roku's end and so reporting it on the Roku forum might be best
@AndyThinking about it now though, every movie/show I have searched for in the past hasn't shown results for NOWTV. Even when I know a movie is on there.
It just never bothered me so I hadn't noticed.
EDIT: I just tried searching for Westworld and nothing. Only amazon results.
@Andy "Is it definitely plugged in..?" always gets me. 😉
But seriously, @Anonymous User the problem must be on roku's end like Andy mentioned.

search on Roku now seems to be working for me, with NOW TV results appearing. You might want to check if it is also working for you.
Searching for a movie allows me to go straight to the movie in the NOW TV app when clicking search results, but for entertainment content it only takes you into the app, you have to find the content again yourself.
