not even loading

after the psn network promotion worked its charm and made me get this app, it wont even load to the point to get me to sign in.

Thanks for getting in touch, very sorry to hear you're having issues with the PS app. When you say it doesn't load is this when you click on the app? Does it just stay on a blank screen? 

 

If so can you try deleting and then re-installing the app. If that fails can you try clearing the NOW TV game data. Let us know how you get on.
