Thanks for this, Mate. This fixed it immediately and I'd presume this would be the same on any mac, though it was a bit worrying as it's a root process. I honestly don't know why nowtv makes it so difficult. How many macs are there running the latest os? It must be millions and it shouldn't be for guys like you to have to report fixes on forums like this. Shabby stuff from NowTV.

Amazing. Thanks for this is. This is bloody ridiculous on Now TV's side, as the previous poster posted this will be millions of people on the latest Mac OS. Sort your ###### out Now TV.

iMac Late 2014. Disabling/switching off Dropbox resolved the problem for me. I think the Dropbox screenshot feature was the cause.

Check what you have installed on your computer/laptop.
Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a Programme
And see what video software you have installed e.g. Panopto, Vimeo, Loom, Zoom.
Then Uninstall the programme you have, and then NOW should be working for you.
