You appear to be usign a VPN but I'm not!!!

Hi So i'm trying to watch NowTv on my Mac, got the latest NowTv player installed but it comes up saying i'm using a VPN - Error code OVP_00013. To my knowledge this isn't the case! I'm utterly baffled and confused to be honest, and left wondering why i'm giving money to this subscription service! All I want to do is watch a tv show! Can someone help??

Hi @Kbelshaw 

Might be a rogue IP address generated by your internet provider.

If you can spare 20 minutes unplug the power to your Router which should automatically then generate a new IP address.

You could also try a website tool like what's my IP address to see if it gives you a UK location.

Also if trying to watch from your place of work or having a works VPN active could also bring up this error code message.

cheers for the help guys, yeah trying to watch at work (which is ironic as where i work is related to the tv show lol!!!) resolved to just watch it when i get home on my tv
