Subtitles. pictures and audio all out of sync

I am a newcomer to Now TC and am trying to watch the first episode of And Just Like That, but the audio, pictures and subtitles are all out of sync. Is this general for Now TV, or just for this particular episode? How do I get the three back into sync?

Having exact same problem on macbook laptop! Streaming And just Like That.

We have been having this same issue for a while. Unplugging the USB and plugging it back in again is a short term fix but it’s getting really annoying now. Having to do it practically every day. Please sort it out NowTV!

You tried deleting and reinstalling the player?

Unplugging your router for a few minutes?
