Hi,
Having a big issue where I try to watch something on my windows 10 PC, and the player opens and then instantly crashes.
I have already tried deleting my Cisco folder and reinstalling and neither have worked.
I've also tested turning off my firewall defender to see if McAfee was causing the issue, but that also came up with nothing.
Very frustrating and would appreciate some help.
