Only one device

I only use this on one device and it crashes and says I'm using it on too many devices - under my account shows it's only on my laptop.

When it does work I can only watch one episode of anything and then I have to go back to menu for next episode and then it won't allow me to watch another episode. Have to log out and close browsers - maximum I can watch 2 episode before it won't let me.

@Anonymous User pop on to chat and they can free up the slots. When laptops update they can appear to be new devices.
