Can someone advise me please.

I'm trying to watch a sporting event tonight and when NowTV app loads I get 'Oh no something went wrong' You have registered the maximum number of devices and used your device change for this month. You will get antoher device change next month.

Error code: OVP_00003

HOWEVER I watched a sporting event on Saturday just gone, on the same device no problem...and I only have 3 devices added - including this PC..

Any one know how I can get this sorted please?

Did you get this sorted last night ?

I am guessing what happened, is that either your PC or the NowTV App has had an update on your devices and has confused or fooled the nowtv device management software that you have more than four devices on your account.

If not resolved, then jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices on your account.

That should then fix it.

Hi @schnapps,

I missed the event I wanted to watch so have emailed the helpdesk asking for a refund (for the 24hr pass).

I will try one last time to get through to the help desks - I tried two different browsers and also my phone but could not get a response yesterday.

Regardless of what happens thank you for trying to help, much appreciated.
