Now TV only watch on 1 laptop but I keep getting block with "too many devices" how?

Only 1 user and only 1 devices but I've been kicked out a few times and then have to log in again (sometimes it takes a few tries or over night) before it admits I have done no such thing and and can watch my programme/film.  It's very irritating so I want to know why.

Annoyingly when you are kicked out through no fault of your own this prevents the clean exit that is required to allow the switch in devices. More questionably the browser login for each time will be classed as a new device. 

When a clean exit is performed that allows you an instant start on another device. Otherwise you’ll be forced to wait up to 15 minutes. 

If and when it happens best to jump on chat and see what they can do. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for live chat.

Unless of course you have boost which gives you a lot more than just 3 streams.
