NOW TV player

Any time I try to open the NOW Tv player, I get the error message "It looks like you're offline" and then suggests I get online before it can play anything. I have full wifi connection. I am not offline. Anyone know why this might be happening? No issues last night. This appears to be a new problem

This has cropped up over the last few months on the forum.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
