Hi, I've signed up for the entertainment package but am getting the error code

Hi @Elaine 

Is the error code message for all NOW Entertainment content ?

Or is it happening to the TV show "And Just like That" where over on NOW Twitter they are investigating it.

Looks like from all the tweets over on NOW Twitter Help that there is currently a content playback issue for this particular TV show.

Unfortunately there is nothing much you can do, but wait until NOW fixes it.

Hi @Elaine 

Do you have another playback device instead of a PC or Mac (not phone because this also seems to be causing an issue currently watching S2 of this particular TV show seeing reports over on NOW Twitter).

I did a quick test on my Amazon Fire Stick (haven't tried any other devices) but from my quick test S2 seems to be playing ok on my Amazon Fire Stick NOW App.

Hopefully the NOW Tech Dept will get it sorted ASAP.
