ALMOST TWO WEEKS WITHOUT PHONE

Almost two weeks without service and yesterday I've been charged the FULL month of July22?

Can you charge without provide the service?  If you are having technical issues is not the customer problem.

We pay for the service.... we want the service. If you can't provided at the moment... DO NOT CHARGE US.. this is the minimum you should be doing.

I have searched for legal advices and they were very clear. IF THE COMPANY CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE, GIVE US THE MONEY BACK.... and BYE

Noooo. Broadband still crap crashing all the time and NO PHONE LINE for 3 weeks and half. But I’m not supposed to bust off here as the haters on call will be offended 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Take a good long look at yourself, brother….

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
