Almost two weeks without service and yesterday I've been charged the FULL month of July22?
Can you charge without provide the service? If you are having technical issues is not the customer problem.
We pay for the service.... we want the service. If you can't provided at the moment... DO NOT CHARGE US.. this is the minimum you should be doing.
I have searched for legal advices and they were very clear. IF THE COMPANY CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE, GIVE US THE MONEY BACK.... and BYE
