No video on fire stick

Hello,

I purchased an account and successfully watched some episodes of Chernobyl yesterday on my fire stick. Today, I hear audio but the screen is black even for the initial commercials. I've tried turning my fire stick off and on (unplugging from HDMI and power for 30 seconds), clearing data and cache, and completely uninstalling and reinstalling. Why is there no video?

Hah, that's funny, only the advertisements had no video. After waiting for all the advertisements to complete the show loaded fine. I bet McDonald's isn't so happy I didn't see the advertisement they paid for 😛
