I am assuming you are using a stock iPad supplied via an authorised UK or Republic of Ireland seller and the iPad is not an import, where i have read import iPads may cause a problem with the NowTV App ?
I don't Personally use an iPad or iPhone myself, so perhaps another forum member on here who owns an iPad can offer you some assistance.

If you are using the iPad at home, make sure that you are not using any VPN service where sometimes the NowTV software can block VPN's.
