Have you tried another internet browser or another device when attempting to take up the NowTV offer ?
Also assuming your bank card on the NowTV system is up to date.

yes i've tried both these things.
can someone from now tv please initiate direct contact with me, chat discussion to fix this would be great.

if the issue is with regards to a NowTV TV offer, then live chat would be your point of call (click on the green chat online button in this link page below).

Should it be NowTV Broadband related then there is a number of places on your NowTV Broadband online account to find their telephone number.
