Top cashback

Joined broadband via top cashback offer. Cashback not showing as pending in account please advise. You should not be offering cashback if you are not fulfilling the offer . 

I have contacted Topcash back and a response is still awaiting from you

To be honest, cashback is never guaranteed. There can be various reasons why it may not have tracked.

It is up the the cashback site to chase it.

It worked for me. Signed up in August 2021 and got my cashback (£90) in February 2022. Did you file a missing cashback claim on topcashback already? That's probably the only solution for you right now...
