Has anybody actually received a voucher yet? I haven’t received no email or nothing stating how/where to claim if anyone can shed some light thanks
i am the same i have sent messages ref the tesco voucher and no on seem to want to message me back i would too like to know when and how we will get it

Haven't received mine many months after setting up an account. Think this is the sort of thing that Radio 4 moneybox or an Ombudsman would be interested in. It was the only reason that NowTV were comparatively cheaper than the alternative companies providing broadband and they are either breaching advertising standards or contractually they are breaching terms and conditions. Consumer rights act 2015 should cover this.
timed out by employee Donnavon on the messaging service when trying to ask her to sort it out. Account has been opened for more than 60 days and subsequently my password needed to be reset to get back in. This is weird and warrants a trustpilot review I think. At least as a bonus I received a virtual badge and a spammy email for my first community post!
You won’t get anywhere with NOWtv. Send an email to uk-nowtv(at)awin(dot)com quoting your account number and https://gift.wegift.io/files/f/UF-QMXGDZ3X/NowTV_Broadband_TCs.pdf or details of the relevant offer that you signed up to.
Tell NOWtv you will be escalating your case to CISAS (alternative dispute resolution).
Then you should contact CISAS if the issue hasn’t been resolved 8 weeks after your complaint to NOWtv. Good luck!

I went through complaints with Now Tv and got my Tesco voucher 2 days later. Don’t waste your time with ‘chat’ or normal enquiries... go straight to complaints!

they seem to be BLATENTLY ripping folk off i anit having it, will report them to everyone i can its borderline criminal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same problem but now solved! The way it went:
1) waited and called - they said the 2 months must pass
2) the 2 months passed, called again - they said the bullsh*t that it's not their responsibility
3) sent a mail to the following addresses describing the story and saying that if I'm not getting a meaningful reply soon I'll go to ASA and similar authorities on fair advertisement:

I received my gift card within an hour 🙂 🙂
