Hi after reading your community board there seems to be a scam which has meant many of your customers have lost out by £50 while you have benefited from their new custom ,. I followed the £50 tesco voucher offer in good faith and have heard nothing of my voucher , other customers have said that you simply sign post them to a third party site , can i check this is correct ? when I have tried to contact this third party organisation , I received no reply to several emails . I only signed up to your broadband and telephone because of the deal ,I have not seen any information ,anywhere of NowTV warning customers this may be a scam , as you benefit from the advertising re the voucher please could you resolve my issue , if you are unable to please could you escalate my complaint , could you also provide me with details of which regulatory body now tv is governed by ...Thank You - I'm sure £50 is very little compared to your organisations reputation as a reputable company -which can so easily be effected in the age of social media , if customers received £50 of free TV vouchers , this would go some way to repairing the trust of what appears to be a growing number of unhappy customers
Hi, you need to email Uk-nowtv@ awin.com (it won’t let me post the whole email address so take the space out of the middle. Email them and tell them you are still waiting for your voucher, send them your confirmation email from nowtv, advise them that if you don’t hear back you will be contacting trading standards and the watch dog, explain how long you have been waiting. I did this and within one week I had the voucher sitting in my inbox. This is a community board so very rarely gets viewed by now tv themselves. Let me know how you get on.

I signed up December, got am email to say I would receive the £50 tesco voucher within 60 days, nothing yet ?
I haven't had mine either.

I have still not received mine
Wow!! Wish I'd looked here first - didn't realise there were so many complaints on this subject of the infamous £50 incentive for new customers.
I've been battling on my own since late Oct 18 & still banging my head against the NowTV brickwall and getting nowhere.
Basically, signed up for broadband/phone in late August 2018 & at that early stage elected £50 Tesco voucher; service installed in first week of Sept. In Oct received email saying if voucher option chosen then don't need to do anything & the voucher is on the way.
Penultimate contact - after escalating my complaint on 24/1/19 got an email saying on its way.
Today, on 30/1/19 - still waiting. so called again this morning and yet again been told on its way.
Since early Nov 18, I've called, emailed, sent tweet messages and still have not got anywhere.
Interesting thing is whatever medium I've used to chase this, I've NEVER got any explanation or an apology. It's particularly noticeable on any email communication. All I get is a very stark "it's on its way". No indication of how or when. Definitely no explanation or apology.
A few points to note from my personal battles:
1) while moneysavingexperts / Martin Lewis were promoting this deal, the incentive of £50 is from NowTV. Not any third party.
2) every time I have called they say on the way & nothing happens. Twice they have sent emails stating complaint "opened" and within 10-15mins get another email saying "resolved and closed" but still no sign.
3) emails & Tweet messages just get passed from pillar to post. No follow up and certainly still no voucher.
