Not able to sign a new broadband contract

Dear all,

since yesterday I’m trying to sign a new contract for NOW Broadband but their online system is always stopping me at the payment step.

After putting card details, buffering wheel rotates forever without finalising my request.

I’ve tried to used different pc, connection and browser without any success.

can you give me some advices?

Call them on one of the following numbers.

Now are curiously bad at taking money from us when we actually want to pay them 😛

Try 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462 or 0330 332 3050, and maybe 0800 759 1213

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
