Hi there,
I'm looking at the broadband deals for a 12 month contract with no extras. Now says the super fibre deal is £20 a month with a £5 set up fee. But when you go to add the deal to your cart the deal changes to £35?? Is there something I'm missing or where does the extra £15 a month come from that is not mentioned in the deal?

Hi @schnapps, I've tried the new browser and it works showing the deal but once I sign in it still applies the £35 per month to checkout, when it doesn't when I don't sign in? I'm a new customer to the broadband so I don't really know what's wrong?

Did you try logging into your account with either FireFox or Chrome rather than Edge?
A couple of people in both the NOW Community forum and over on NOW Twitter have mentioned the incorrect £35 price in their check out basket.
I am guessing refreshing the basket page doesn't help either.
If no joy come back here and I will post a link for the NOW Broadband Team telephone number you can phone tomorrow after 8am if you wish.
They do take orders over the phone, but they prefer customers to order online, but if your check out basket price is showing £35 per month then maybe that's you only option is to phone them.

It is definitely a browser problem, but I never found out exactly what causes it. Later it returned in Edge, before going away again, but always works fine in Firefox. Couldn't replicate the problem in the other Chromium based browsers so very weird.

I would be also tempted to try another device with a browser on it such has a smartphone for example or try your browser in a Private Window or incognito mode.
