How long do we have to activate a voucher

OK, if you signed up to Broadband with a TV membership offer included then my understanding is that it  would start at the same time. You are probably best contacting the broadband team directly, although you may have to wait until after the holiday period. The number is 0800 7591213.

Who supplied the voucher? If there is an expiry date it will generally be mentioned in the small print, or confirmation email.

It was part of the package for now broadband with entertainment at £5.99 so
it was the no road and side of nowtv
