Sport day pass + 1 month cinema pass offer not working

I bought a sports day pass which had a limited offer to also get a 1 month cinema pass. I bought it for £9.98 and the day pass for sport is working but the cinema pass has not appeared.

How do I fix it?

Reading the T&C's to this offer it says :-

Your free Sky Cinema Pass will be auto-applied to your NOW TV account 3 – 7 days after your bundle purchase. Customers will be notified by email with a unique voucher code to be manually applied if your free Sky Cinema Pass has not been successfully auto-applied.

I today bought the sky sports week Pass which also said cinema for a month and it hasn't worked. Did you solve yours

Not yet, but as the previous poster suggested it should take a few days
(3-5 I think) before it is activated.
