Hi, I purchased a Sky Sports Mobile package that allows for a day pass and a 4 month pass for about a £10. However, when I try to watch the Sky Sports channel, the error message states: 'Pass Required' You'll need a Sky Sports Pass to watch this on this device.
Does this pass have to be activated?

I am assuming the mobile pass has already been automatically applied to your online NowTV account ?
Where it takes up to 10 days for the mobile pass to be automatically added to your account based on the T&C's of the free 4 month offer.
Should the mobile pass be showing on your online account and no luck watching any of the five permitted Sky Sports channels via the NowTV App on your smartphone (tablets or casting will not work).
