Preloaded passes not working

I have just bought a 4K smart box which has pre loaded passes, however these are not showing up in my account. 
I am just wondering how I can get this resolved?

I’ve just bought a pass and it’s not loading for me either - useless trying to use live chat as the bot has limited answers

The Bot is not actually live chat and is an automatic system to help customers find help articles under the NowTV Help Centre.

 

To reach live chat try this link below and click on the small blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to reveal the green chat button to click on.

Should live chat not open for you, then try a different internet browser (MS Edge works for me when i want to contact live chat).
