Pass included with NOW TV box not working

Hi, I bought a NOW TV box including a 3 month Entertainment pass a while ago, and already had an active subscription at the time. Now, I am trying to redeem my voucher but it says:

 

Sorry - this offer has now ended and you missed out this time.

 

As there is no expiry date given on the box or the voucher itself, I felt comfortable saving the pass until I needed it. I have tried contacting via Chat who tell me that the warranty of the box has expired, therefore so has my pass. I'm not sure how I could know the pass had an expiry date or that it had anything to do with the hardware warranty, but could have redeemed it earlier if I'd known it carried an expiry date. 

 

I have been offered one month of Entertainment but this isn't the three that I paid for with my box, and don't really know if there's anybody else I can contact to follow up?
