So after two chat sessions which both got cut off essentially they billed me yesterday for a month then cancelled it without telling me. I was told if I brought 1 month they would refund me the difference and give me a voucher for 2 months (wtf?) ... Am so done with now Tv, this isn't the first time they pulled this nonsense
Amusing that one of the largest companies in the UK has resorted to con man tactics
