Entertainment pass vodafone

Hi, 

I renewed my vodafone contract and got 12 months entertainment pass from now tv. I've redeemed the offer and pass shows only on my online account, but not in the app. Anyone had similar issue? Thanks.

Not familiar with the Vodafone NowTV deals to be honest.

 

Maybe have a read of this related help article to point you in the right direction.

If still no luck, then maybe go into the NowTV App on your devices and under My Account on the App double check under the login name it's the same account has the Vodafone one.
